Better late than never

Maybe I'm a little bit late for blogging but as they say better late than never, about me I'm a free Iraqi person who would like to express himself a little so wish me luck and pardon me for my English you will find too many mistakes (grammar and spelling) but I still hope that you will be able to get what I mean.

Welcome to the blogosphere... and I like your comment about "a free Iraqi person". It hasn't been long since you could say that, and I wish your countrymen best of luck as you begin your efforts to build a modern, free, democratic state.

Well said Sooni, but don't be surprised from Celin, she is just a singer who will anything to sell more, the fashion nowadays is to critisize Bush, so she had to ride the wave.
God bless Iraq and free Iraqis

Welcome Sooni and best wishes!
I suggest (from what I have seen) that you restrict the comments, otherwise you'll be submerged by spam...I am new myself and I have been through the same...

If you don't mind, how do you think about the security today in your area, compared to before Operation Lightning? What about electricity, gas, and water? Is the operation still going on?

By the way, how fortified (by walls) is Baghdad now. Anyone know?

The security today compared to before Operation Lightning is just a fantastic. Another excellent example of how the US administration is able to do everything just right in Iraq. Every time! They must have a profond and passionate understanding and a real finger-spitz-gefuhl of the region and its people and culture.

Saturday in America
Dear Soonie,
Your President Talabani was on TV here yesterday with his strange accent but great charm and wonderful smile. It is easy to see why he has become popular with all Iraqis. Alawi had a measure of charm, too, but was a more hard-boiled type. This Talibani is a paterfamilias, and the more he gets on TV in this country, the more it will help Iraq. He gives one the feeling that democracy HAS ARRIVED IN IRAQ PERMANENTLY.

Welcome to the Blogging world. Don't worry about your English; we can figure it out and know that you mean well.
The more Iraqis who try, the better we understand each other.
We wish peace comes to Iraq and that the terrorists get what is coming to them.

Dear Sooni,

Welcome aboard! Do not worry about your grammar or spelling. Most people in America have the same problem. lol. Sometimes we click the publish button before we proofread! lol.

(lol=lots of laughs). Hey, I didn't know what a lot of these abbreviations meant until I asked, so I hope I am saving you the trouble. If you already knew, oh well! Maybe some one else may be helped.

Have a great day, and keep on writing!
